In the Willamette Valley wine country Carlton, Oregon is often called the “Jewel of the Valley”. If that is true one of its crown jewels has to be the Soter Vineyard Mineral Springs Tasting Room.
Up a gravel road on a hill overlooking Carlton, the by-appointment-only tasting room and its amazing plaza offers stunning views, great wine and one of the best kitchens in the valley.
Food photographer, Michael Shay, along with Jeremy Dunham, Polara’s photographer and videographer, had an opportunity to spend an entire day shooting lifestyle, food and wine at Soter Vineyard.
