Featured Project – Revelry
BEAUTIFUL = GOOD FOR YOU
Knowing that the food you are eating is good for you and good for the planet can only enhance the experience. One of the ways to convince people to eat well is to show them how beautiful healthy food can be.
Working with Revelry Group, Michael Shay (our food photographer) and Lucy Hanson (food stylist) were tasked with showing college kitchens what delicious and healthy meals that are good for the planet might look like. In a series of images, featuring both vegan and vegetarian recipes, set out to prove this with everything from hearty, grilled sandwiches to rich, luscious desserts. In the end they succeeded in proving – Yummy is as Yummy does.
