I’ve continued to test throughout my career and still really enjoy it. I came up with a series called “Bounty of Oregon” where we use seasonal, local ingredients, raw and then cooked in a recipe that highlights the best of Portland, Oregon foods.

I worked with Alex Bourgidu who is an amazing chef also interested in food styling. I hope you enjoy this series as much as we did when we were making them. – Michael Shay
