Buying jewelry online has always had one major drawback: you can’t try it on. How do you visually communicate how jewelry will look on the body?
Betsy and Iya have a very distinct look to their jewelry. Jay Lawrence was able to capture the unique texture of these earrings and many of their other pieces.
Betsy Cross, the designer and founder of Betsy and Iya, gets her inspiration from her travels and nature. The pieces Jay shot were inspired by her experiences in Machu Picchu and Mexico City.
We had so much fun collaborating with local artisans to come up with creative imagery to fit within the style of their brand.
This is the Kanssa Necklace. Every piece of jewelry is custom made in Portland, Oregon.
